PERFORMANCE ORDER

Turn the steering wheel in the straight-ahead position. On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE). Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last. 7 - Auxiliary battery 8 - terminal positive wire module 9 - negative terminal wire module W10 - Ground Battery Remove the steering wheel (see. Section Removal and installation of the steering wheel). Remove pin cable drum (A45) (see. Section Removal and installation of the cable drum contact the steering wheel). On models of release on 06/30/02 press up tabs at the same time, by low-energy pressing, separating drum (A45) from the angle sensor (B24 / 8). On models of release since 01.07.02 unscrew the bolt (1) and remove sensor (B24 / 8) from the drum (A45). Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness of articulation and reliability of fixing components. With proper configuration, deactivate the service mode of TELE AID. Activate sensor (B24 / 8), start the engine and repeatedly turning the steering wheel from lock to lock. Finally, clean the processor memory on-board self-diagnostic system (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
