Removal and installation of low-temperature cooler

Details of the installation of low-temperature cooler (463.323)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Poddomkratte car and establish it on props. Remove protection crankcase. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Current care and maintenance). Remove the grille (see chap. Body). Remove the air inlet (1). Remove the crossmember front end (7) assembly with a latch lock of a cowl and a rope drive it is released (see chap. Body). Disconnect the line cooling path (2 and 3) and overflow hose (4). Remove supporting the fan assembly (see chap. System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning). By submitting first forward, then up, remove assemblage of the low-temperature cooler (6). Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, clean the processor memory on-board self-diagnostic system (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Poddomkratte car and establish it on props. Remove protection crankcase. Remove the cover of the fan assembly. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Current care and maintenance). Disconnect hoses cooling path (4 and 5) and release the choke line connector (3). Give nuts (7) and remove the assembly of low-temperature cooler (2). Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, check the cooling system components for signs of leaks.
