Removing and installing fuel injection control module

Details of installation of the control module on the CDI models 463.323 (M612) (2 of 2) | | |
| - On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
| - Turn on the auxiliary battery and connect it to a standard battery, then disconnect the negative cable last and insulate the pole terminal. If the battery is removed from the vehicle, disconnect from it as a positive wire.
| | - Remove the carpet on the right front footswitch well.
- Do not disconnect the power cable, remove the front module of perception and activation signal (SAM) (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
- Give a nut (1).
- Pre removing the screws (2), remove the bracket (5).
- Give nuts (3) and disunite the connectors (5, 6, 7, 8 and 9), - do not forget to release the clips where they are provided.
- By filing down the back and remove the dashboard control unit CDI (N3 / 9).
- Remove the bolts (11) and separate the module from the support bracket (4).
- Installation is in the reverse order - with the appropriate configuration (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
- Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).

- Disconnect the connectors (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10), - do not forget to release the clips where they are provided.
- By filing down the back and remove the dashboard control unit CDI (N39 / 2).
- Remove the bolts (11) and separate the module from the support bracket (4).
- Installation is in the reverse order - with the appropriate configuration (code ET2) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
- Finally, make the DTC reading and clearing of system memory on-board self-test (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
