Removal and installation of the working cylinder
Withdrawal With the ignition off, disconnect the ground cable from the battery. Remove, if necessary, the air filter assembly.

Remove the lock washer 1 for shift cable to the shift lever A (Fig. 3.23). Remove the lock washer 2 for the cable of the selector lever from the intermediate B. Pull selector lever cable with pins and the shift cable (Fig. 3.23). Pull the retainer 3 in the intermediate lever and remove the lever. Remove the gearshift lever A by loosening the nut 4 (Fig. 3.23). Remove the cable support from gearbox. Then hook up the shift cable and selector lever cable.

Remove the bracket B with gearbox and pull it with a hose pipe A (Fig. 3.24). Then remove the bearing box A. Put under the working cylinder rags, lint-free. Remove the clip tube-hose line from the working cylinder to the stop.
NOTE Do not press the clutch pedal. |
Setting Installation is performed in reverse order, with the following should be considered. Install the slave cylinder and tighten the screws B with the required torque (Fig. 3.25). Insert the tube-hose pipe all the way into the slave cylinder. Push all the way to the clip for tube-hose line. Then attach the transmission mount new screws A. After installing the slave cylinder bleed the clutch assembly.
