| 1. Before installation, if necessary, you can check the run-out of a cam in the factory. Border wear: 0,01 mm. |
2. If the engine with high mileage or noise in the drive re-valve will be installed the old camshaft, it is recommended to check the axial clearance. Border wear: 0.15 mm. Measurement is carried out at bucket tappets removed and installed first and the last covers of radical bearings. |
3. Install a new sealing ring of a cam. Pre-lubricated lips and the outer edge of the sealing ring. |
| 4. Make a test installation of the bearing caps, paying attention to the position of the centers. The covers must be installed so that opening the covers and cylinder head coincide. At the same time pay attention to the label. |
5. If removed bucket tappets, to set them in place. Bucket tappets lubricate with a thin layer of oil, and the installation does not distort. |
A warning Bucket tappets in some places can not be changed!

6. Lubricate and install the camshaft. |
A warning This 1 cylinder cams must be directed upwards. Install bearing caps according to the label. Pay attention to the position of the centers.

7. Tighten the cover 2 and 4 crosswise torque of 20 Nm. |
8. Set 1 and 3, the cover and tighten to 20 Nm. |
9. Set the key camshaft. Install drive pinion and tighten to 80 Nm while holding the gear spine. |
10. Fit timing belt to the camshaft gear, paying attention to the correct position of the intermediate shaft and the damper (see. Subsection 2.5.2). |
11. Tighten the timing belt (see. Subsection 2.5.1). |
12. To establish a new lining of the cylinder head cover, carefully tightening the cover bolts to 10 N ?� m. |
13. Install toothed belt guard. |
A warning If will set new bucket tappets, engine for about 30 minutes can not be run, otherwise abut the valve piston!
