Circulation oil
Driving oil circulation
| 1. Oil Pressure Switch
2. The bypass valve (open when clogged oil filter)
3. overpressure valve oil (opens when pressure is too high) |
After receiving the net pump draws engine oil from the sump and pumps it into the main oil filter. On the discharge side of the oil pump is pressure release valve (pressure control valve oil). Too high oil pressure valve opens and part of the oil flows into the oil pan.
Through the central axis of the filter element filtered oil gets into the main pipeline. When clogged oil filter bypass valve directs the crude oil directly into the pipeline. The pipe of the oil filter is a check valve, which prevents idling of oil channels and hydraulic bucket tappets.
From pipeline branched channels for lubrication of the crankshaft main bearings. By tilting the holes in the crankshaft oil to the connecting rod bearings, and then sprayed and hits the piston pins and cylinders.
At the same time oil is applied on vertical pipes in the cylinder head and lubricates the main bearing camshaft and bucket tappets.
