| 1. Loosen the bolts (1) Tension bracket (A) and the generator by about one turn (B - Tension nut). |
A warning The generator must be easily movable. This means that it should lean towards under its own weight.

2. Turn the tension nut (B) left by loosening and removing the V-belt. |
3. Fit the V-belt. |
4. Turn the tension nut to the right and pull the V-belt. A belt will pull correctly if the tension of the belt is made of old torque 4 Nm applied to the tension nut for a new belt - 8 Nm. Hold the nut in this position, tighten the screw securing the 1 to 35 Nm. |
A warning To tighten the tension nut torque wrench is required to the size of the nozzle cap 22 mm. You can also use the open-end nozzle HAZET 2593-22 in conjunction with a torque wrench and strongly curved ring spanner 13 mm.

5. Tighten the screws "on the support generator" to 35 Nm, and the "Tension eye on the cylinder head" moment of 20 Nm. |
