Switch idling

Throttle body and the valve of stabilization of idling

1. Bolt
M6 = 10 Nm M8 = 20 Nm
2. Bolt idle adjustment (up to 5/93 g)
3. Ring
If damaged, replace it.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect from the switch to idle. Ohmmeter measure the resistance at the switch contacts. Required value cm. In section 2.18.8.

2. Open and close the throttle by hand. The switch must be idling each time you click.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The condition of adjustment: adjustment of basic throttle must be observed.
2. Normally produced in the factory adjustment is not changed.
3. Remove the screws fastening the switch of idling and check whether adjacent to the throttle lever stop screw.
	4. Tighten the mounting screws a little (1). Firmly squeeze together throttle lever (2) and the switch of idling (3) (arrows) and tighten the screws that secure the position.
5. Open the throttle handle switch idling. You should hear a click.
