Removal and installation of an upholstery of a back door
You will need: Phillips screwdriver and flat blades. 1. Having hooked a screw-driver, remove the lining of the internal handle lock.
HELPFUL ADVICE In order to avoid scratching the components, wrap the screwdriver with insulating tape. |
| | 2. Remove the screw that secures the socket lining in the arm of the door ... | 3. ... and remove the trim. |
| | 4. Press the door trim to the socket window handle ... | 5. ... through the resulting gap, remove the spring clamp handle by prying with a screwdriver ... |
| | 6. ... and remove the handle window and its socket. | 7. Remove the trim angle of the back door against the force of its two spring clips. |
| | 8. Remove the two screws securing the trim to the bottom edge of the door. | 9. Having hooked a screw-driver upholstery in locations of its plastic caps ... |
NOTE Upholstery (view from the back side) is attached to the door panel with five plastic pistons. Damaged replace with new pistons, removing them from the brackets upholstery. If necessary, remove the upholstery foam sealing ring and roller window. |
| | 10. ... release the cover panel on the door against the force of the pistons. | 11. Remove the two screws that secure the bracket to the armrest of the door panel and remove the bracket. |
12. Peel off the door panel moisture proof film. 13. Install the rear door trim and all the removed parts in reverse order of removal.
NOTE Installation bracket armrest arrow stamped on it must be facing forward in the direction of travel. |
