Cable and accelerator pedal



1 - pin;
2 - the accelerator cable;

Withdrawal

The accelerator cable

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the adjusting nut accelerator cable.
2. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the throttle lever.
3. Disconnect the accelerator cable from the lever of the accelerator pedal.
4. Remove the two screws on the accelerator cable sleeve to the partition of a motor compartment and remove it from the vehicle.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Loosen the adjusting nut accelerator cable, disconnect the accelerator cable from the lever of the accelerator pedal, and remove the pedal.
2. Remove the return spring of the accelerator pedal.
3. Remove the cotter pin from the axis of the accelerator pedal and the accelerator pedal to remove the bracket.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the accelerator cable and cable housing damage.
2. Check for smooth movement of the accelerator cable in the shell.
3. Check the accelerator pedal in the absence of bending.
4. Check the condition of the return spring.
5. Check the condition of the tip of the accelerator cable.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease J310a NLGI pivot point of the accelerator pedal.
2. To prevent vapor and exhaust gases in the interior of the vehicle, apply sealant to the threaded bolts of the accelerator pedal arm.
3. Make sure that the accelerator cable has no sharp bends.
4. Check the accelerator cable play.
5. Install all parts and secure with bolts and nuts, having tightened their demanded moment.
