Fuel injectors

The elements of the fuel supply system

1 - intake manifold;
2 - a bolt, 15-20 N ??? m;
3 - throttle device;
4 - bolt, 15-20 N ??? m;

5 - installation of throttle knot;
6 - the fuel line;
7 - airbag.

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before releasing remove the fuel pressure in the fuel system, since, otherwise, the fuel under pressure will rapidly flow out of the fuel system.
A warning Close the connection with a towel to avoid splashing of fuel caused by residual pressure in the fuel line.
	2. Remove the fuel rail with the fuel injectors.
A warning When removing the fuel line does not drop the fuel injectors.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Unplug the connector from the fuel injector and measure the resistance between the contacts of the connector. Resistance: 15,9 ?� 0,35 Ohm
	2. If the resistance is not correct, replace the fuel injector.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Install the new nozzle O-rings.
	2. Lubricate the O-rings of fuel injectors.
	3. When installing the nozzles rotate around their axes in one and the other side.
4. Make sure the nozzle firmly inserted into the fuel line.
