1. Check the hoses and pipes for cracks, bend, deformation, aging and fouling. |
2. Check the fuel filter for blockage or damage. |
3. Check the canister on the absence of obstructions. |
4. Check the overflow limiter (two-way valve) and the fuel control valve cleaning. |
| 5. Check that the two-way valve, purging it from both sides. If the air is difficult, so the valve is serviceable. |
| 6. Check control valve clean as follows:
- Make sure the coolant temperature is 80-95 ?� C; - Disconnect the hose from the carburettor and cleaning Blow into it. If the valve is closed, then its action is normal. Start the engine and increase the engine speed to 1500-2000 min -1 and Blow hose. If the valve is closed, check the condition of the vacuum hose or thermo job. |
