Caliper front brake 1 - the brake pads; 2 - dust cover; 3 - the piston; 4 - O-ring; 5 - a support to the cylinder; 6 - a protective cover; 7 - a bolt sleeve, 22-32 N ??? m; 8 - bleeder valve; 9 - Dust Cap; 10 - a hollow bolt to 25-30 N ??? m; 11 - the brake hose; | 12 - washer; 13 - a protective cover; 14 - a directing finger, 35-45 N ??? m; 15 - a bolt of fastening of a support, 65-75 N ??? m; 16 - the fastening element; 17 - the plug; 18 - a protective cover; 19 - a lining; 20 - a spring; 21 - a lining. |
Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the lower bolt, lift up the support and secure it with wire. | | 2. Remove the brake pads. | A warning Do not push the brake pedal after removing the brake pads.

PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check brake pads for wear and oil contamination and, if necessary, replace them. The thickness of the brake linings: Par: 90 mm The minimum allowable: 2.0 mm | A warning Always replace all the pads on the same axle of a vehicle, even if only one shoe is worn. If the brake pads will be repeatedly established, before removal they are necessary for marking.

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Set the clamps of brake pads. | | 2. Install the brake pads on the brake pads every time. | A warning Brake pads wear sensor, set by the piston.
| | 3. The special tool 09581-11000 press the piston into the cylinder support. | | 4. Install the new brake pads. | A warning Never apply grease to the brake disc and brake pads.
| | 5. Replace the bolt and tighten it to torque. Torque: 22-32 N ??? m |
