Removal, check of a condition and installation of the rockers and bars of pushers
Withdrawal Checking the Status | - Check each of the rocker arms for signs of wear, cracks and other damage, paying particular attention to the working surfaces in contact with the push rod and valve stems. Inspect seat spherical bearings in each of the rocker arm and the surface of the supports themselves. In the case of mashed resulting strain fatigue cracks, traces of irregular wear or damages replace the rocker arm together with the supports.
- Make sure to cross the oil supplying holes in the ends of the bars of pushers and yokes.
- Check the ends of the bars of pushers on presence of cracks and excessive wear. Roll the each of the bars on a flat surface (a large fragment of the pane) for signs of bending.

Setting | - Lubricate the lower ends of each of the bars of pushers clean motor oil or grease the motor assembly and place the bar on the former places. Make sure the bar is completely "got" in the nests of their pushers.
- Give the first cylinder to TDC of the compression stroke (Section Bringing to TDC of the compression stroke of the piston of the first cylinder).
- Before you set in place, lubricate the rocker ends of the valve stem and upper ends of the bars of pushers clean motor oil or grease the motor assembly.
- To avoid damage to the contact surfaces during the first start of the engine until the oil pressure rise lubricate spherical bearing rocker clean motor oil or grease the motor assembly. Install rocker, their spherical bearings, bridge bracket and screws on the former places. Tighten bolts with demanded effort.
- Replace the cylinder head cover (see section Removing and installing cylinder head cover).
- Start the engine, listen for unusual sounds made by check valve mechanism and a joint cylinder head cover with a head for signs of oil leakage.
