Removing and installing cylinder head cover
| - Remove the cylinder head cover CCV hose and hose and crankcase ventilation tube.

- Remove the harness clips, memorizing the position of the studs for proper installation during assembly.
- Release of the clips on the top of the cylinder head cover ropes gas drive throttle kickdown mode and speed control system (Tempostat). Disconnect the cables from the throttle and put them aside.
| - Disconnect the throttle body throttle cable, the throttle mode kickdown and Tempostat, release the cables from the clips on the cylinder head cover and set them aside.

- Give fixing bolts and remove the cylinder head cover. If the cover is "baked onto" Tap the gently around the perimeter of its hammer with soft brisk. In no case do not try to pry the lid lever lodged under the mating surface of the flange!
- Sand mating surfaces, carefully removing all traces of oil by wiping with a cloth soaked in acetone.
| Such caps are equipped with reusable pads formed from a curable RTV sealant and securing directly to the cover. |
- Available in a laying of small cracks is valid and is eliminated by lubrication of the damaged section of RTV sealant before installing the covers.
- Replace the cover and tighten the screws. Tighten bolts with demanded effort.
- Install the air hoses and the servo Tempostat (if provided).
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
