Removing and installing sump
Withdrawal | - Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
- Remove protection crankcase.
- Drain the engine oil and remove the oil filter (Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
- Disconnect the exhaust pipe exhaust system from the exhaust manifold, and remove it from the hanger near the catalytic converter, lower the pipe down, leaving it hang freely.
- Remove the starter (Head System of an electric motor).
- Uncover the viewing window to check the status of the flywheel front of the transmission.
- Disconnect the oil level sensor (if applicable).
- Establish a jack under the vibration damper and lift it enough to take the weight off the engine mounts. To protect the damper, lay between him and the head of a jack wooden bar.
- Remove the bolts through the engine mounts and lift the engine far enough to provide working space sufficient to remove the tray of his housing.
- Mark the position of the stud bolts of the pallet.
 | - Mark on the sump position of its mounting studs for the purpose of proper installation of the assembly.

- Give fasteners (bolts / nuts for) the pallet and carefully separate pan from the engine block. If the pan "stuck with" Tap the gently around the perimeter of his hammer with soft brisk.
- Remove the tray by sliding it back.

Setting | - Carefully smooth out interfaced surfaces, removing all traces of the old gasket material.
- Check the flange of the oil pan for signs of strain. In the event of such otrihtuyte flange with a hammer, lay it on a flat wooden surface.
- Prepare four guide pins of the bolts 1/4 inch (6.4 mm) to 1-1 / 2 inches (38 mm) long. Cut off the screw heads and hacksaw cuts in the ends of the slots.

- Screw pins two bolt holes in the front cover and the two holes under the mounting tray 1/4 inches in back of the block.
- Attach the whole lining of the oil pan to the unit and the front cover, putting it on the guide pins.
- Having prepared a few bolts on 1/4 and replaceable face head, push the oil pan to the unit, and putting it on the guide pins. Immediately screw the prepared screws, tightening them by hand.
- Install all bolts 1/4 inches, remove the pins and screws are screwed in place.
- Install bolts 5/16 and tighten all fasteners pan with demanded effort, moving from the center outwards in several stages.
- The installation of the remaining components are produced in the reverse order of their removal.
- Make sure the drain plug tray was firmly tightened to the engine and fill the required amount (see. Specifications to the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance) engine oil.
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
