PROCEDURE FOR TROUBLE

When troubleshooting, start the engine to verify that the inspection and basic systems. If disrupted motor unstable engine speed idling or insufficient acceleration, check the following major systems:

1. Power supply

  • A battery
  • Fusible link
  • Fuse

2. Connections to "weight"
3. Fuel supply

  • Fuel
  • Fuel filter
  • Fuel pump

4. The ignition system

  • Spark plug
  • High voltage wires
  • Ignition coil

5. The system of emission control

  • Crankcase Ventilation System
  • Vacuum leaks

6. Other

  • Ignition timing
  • The idle speed
MFI system fault is often caused by bad contacts in the harness connector. Therefore, make sure all the connectors are securely connected.
