Removal and installation of the expansion valve

Details setting of the expansion valve

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail. Details setting of the expansion valve shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text. In the context of the workshop Car make discharge system K / V. Give fixing nuts (1) and move aside the coolant expansion tank (2). Disconnect from the expansion valve (6) support bracket refrigerated lines (4). Release refrigerated line of the intermediate clips (6) on the rear bulkhead of the engine compartment. Take the tube from the expansion valve (6) and remove the latter. Installation is in the reverse order - filling the air conditioning system should be carried out in a workshop of car-care center.
