Details of installation of casing evaporator K / V

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail. Details of installation of the air conditioner casing evaporator / heater heat exchanger shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust). Disconnect the overflow pipe from the refrigeration system board battery. Release fixing collars and disconnect the hose from the top of the electric water pump. Give fixing nuts and remove the coolant expansion tank to the engine compartment bulkhead. Take the tank to the side. Disconnect hoses cooling path (17) from the heat exchanger heater. In the context of the workshop Car make discharge system K / V. Give the self-locking nut (16) of the expansion valve (15). Disconnect from the expansion valve (15) Low-pressure (13) and high-pressure (14) of the line refrigerator path. Remove the holder of the instrument panel (4). Liberate from clamps control module ETC (N15 / 3). Disconnect the electrical wiring from the motor drive of the mixing air damper (M16 / 8). Disconnect the electrical wiring from the stepper motor drive mode switching valve air circulation (M39). Disconnect the wiring connector (B10 / 6x1) evaporator temperature sensor. Disconnect the electrical wiring from the resistive heater fan assembly (6). Disconnect the electrical wiring from the heater fan (5). Remove the control module to the I / O (N19). Release of intermediate clamps on the housing of the evaporator (1) cable harness. Remove the soundproofing panel (2). Separate drain hose from the bottom of the evaporator shell K / W (1). Remove the cover (1). Installation is in the reverse order - filling the air conditioning system should be carried out in a workshop of car-care center. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.
