Removing and installing condenser K / V

Details of the installation of the condenser K / V

PERFORMANCE ORDER

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail. Details of the installation of the condenser K / V shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text. On models 163,136 / 154/157/172, remove the fan assembly of the auxiliary (M4) (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary fan assembly - models 163,136 / 154/157/172 a corresponding complete set). On models 163.112 / 128, remove the coolant charge air path (see. Section Removal and installation of the radiator). In the context of the workshop Car make discharge system K / V. Align the screw (2) and disconnect the refrigeration line from the receiver-dryer. Remove the screw (6) and remove the line from the refrigeration condenser (5). Remove the radiator cooling system (7) rubber seal (4). Remove the mounting bolts (3) and pull up and remove the condenser K / V (5). Installation is in the reverse order - filling the air conditioning system should be carried out in a workshop of car-care center.
