Removing and installing ambient temperature sensor, - except for models of 163,128

| - Details of installation of ambient air temperature sensor are shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
- Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Turn out fixing bolts and remove the rear bulkhead engine compartment coolant expansion tank (1).
- Disconnect hoses cooling path (2) of the heater coil.
- In the context of the workshop Car make discharge air conditioning system.
- Remove the cover of the expansion valve (4).
- Give a nut (3) fastening the expansion valve (4).
- Disconnect from the expansion valve refrigeration lines.
- Remove the wiper drive assembly.
- Give nuts (5) on the instrument panel bulkhead engine compartment.
- Remove the trim panel racks A.
- Give to the left under the dash panel plastic nuts securing the panel finishes.
- Remove the trim panel of the foot well.
- Remove the rubber plug and remove the screws securing the uprights panelipriborov A (arrows).
- Remove assemblage of the center console (see chap. Body).
- Remove the bolt (6) under the dashboard.
- Pull the instrument panel back and expand so as to allow access to the rear side.
- Disconnect the wiring connector (B10 / 5x1) ambient air temperature sensor.
- Disconnect the cable from the sensor to the casing of the evaporator of the air conditioner / heater coil.
- Remove the ambient air temperature sensor (B10 / 5) of the air hose.
- Installation is in the reverse order - fill the air conditioning system should be carried out in a workshop of car-care center.
- Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.
