Removing and installing parking sensors

1. Remove the cover plate (1) on the bumper, refer to Section Removal and installation of the protective strip on the bumper.

2. Disconnect the connector from the sensor (2). At the same time, lift the retaining clip with a screwdriver.
3. Lift the retaining strap and remove the sensor from the holder (3).

1. Check the sealing ring (4) between the sensor and the protective strip. Replace if necessary.
2. Push the sensor into the holder and lock.
3. Dock and lock the connector from the sensor.
4. Install the cover plate on the bumper, refer to Section Removal and installation of the protective strip on the bumper.
