Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path



Air cleaner and air filter

Removing the cover of the power unit with integrated air cleaner

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Pull up and remove the cover of the power unit with integrated air cleaner (1).
  2. Remove the cover under the filter cartridge and replace with a replacement.
  3. Replace the cover (1).

Assembling the sensor measuring the inlet air mass (MAF)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the cover of the power unit with integrated air cleaner (1).
  2. Disconnect the wiring harness (2) from the sensor MAF (B2 / 5).
  3. Disconnect the crankcase ventilation line (3).
  4. Release crankcase ventilation line to the right of the sensor MAF (B2 / 5).
  5. Use a screwdriver to release the lock sensor mounting MAF (B2 / 5).
  6. Press down the latch on the electronic throttle valve activator and remove the air inlet (4) complete with sensor MAF (B2 / 5).
  7. Disconnect sensor assembly (B2 / 5) from the inlet (4).
  8. Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the intake assembly from the sensor MAF (See above.).
  2. Remove the injection pipe to the injectors (see. Section Removal and installation of a fuel distributive highway and injectors).
  3. Disconnect the appropriate wiring.
  4. Give union nut vent line (89/2) to the valve EGR (89) - in order to prevent turning the union hold the second key.
  5. Remove the screws (19/1) and remove the combination valve (6).
  6. Remove the intake manifold assembly (19), - immediately plug the inlet port of the engine lint-free cloth.
  7. Remove the gaskets (19/3) - gaskets must be replaced without fail.
  8. Installation is in the reverse order. New gaskets first locking pin (track correctness location pads), which then turn right before the installation of the pipeline.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the cover of the power unit with built-in air cleaner in it (see. Above).
  2. Remove the intake assembly from the sensor MAF (See above.).
  3. Disconnect from the inlet conduit (19), the crankcase ventilation line (1/2).
  4. Disconnect the wiring (arrow).
  5. Remove the screws (8/1) and remove the throttle actuator (M16 / 1), - Prepare the replacement O-ring (8/2).
  6. Installation is in the reverse order.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open the hood.
  2. Remove the three mounting bolts (1).
  3. Release the retaining clip (2) and remove the drain hose (3) - for access, remove the locker (5) protection of the wheel arch (see chap. Body).
  4. Give a nut (7) and remove the clamp (8).
  5. Remove assemblage of the resonator chamber with water reservoir (9), - make sure that the drain hose has been turned up.
  6. Check the condition of the gasket (11), in case of need make replacement.
  7. Installation is in the reverse order. Before screwing the bolt (10) should be slightly greased, - track correctness of landing bolt in the guide.
