Removing and installing fuel tank

PERFORMANCE ORDER

On models corresponding complete set (code ET2) activate the service mode of the emergency call TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE).
Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
Empty the fuel tank (see. Section Emptying the fuel tank).
Remove the cover (20) filler cap (19).
Remove the left and right rear wheel arch protection panel.
Release fixing collars and disconnect the landing nipple (21) filler cap (19) from the fuel tank.
Disconnect from the left fuel tank (12) and right (11) Ventilation hoses - zakuporte planting fittings.
Disconnect the fuel tank return line - plug the landing nipple.
Disconnect the communication lines from the gauge of a stock of fuel (see. Section Removal and installation of the gauge of a stock of fuel).
Remove the fuel pump (see. Section Removal and installation of the fuel pump).
Release the mounting tape (7) and remove the fuel tank (1).
Installation is in the reverse order.
In conclusion (with appropriate equipment) deactivate service mode of TELE AID (see. Section Activate / deactivate the service mode of the emergency call AID TELE) and clean the processor memory board self-diagnostic system (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
