The lock cylinder lid

Use a screwdriver to rotate the trigger guard

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the tailgate trim.

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors in the luggage compartment lid, see. Fig. Location of electrical connectors (arrows) in the trunk lid.

3. Disconnect and remove the trunk lock rod (2). See Fig. Location of electrical connectors (arrows) in the trunk lid.

4. Remove the two nuts (1).

5. Use a screwdriver to rotate counterclockwise safety bracket. See Fig. Use a screwdriver to rotate the trigger guard and secure it in this position.

6. Remove the bracket from the lid lock cylinder (1), see. Fig. Use a screwdriver to rotate the trigger guard.

7. Remove the lock cylinder from the bracket.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Using a screwdriver blade, re-press counter clockwise safety bracket (see. Fig. Use a screwdriver to rotate the trigger guard) and secure it in this position.

2. Install the lock cylinder into the bracket.

3. Install the bracket to the plate cylinder lock knob and lock it up clearly audible click.

4. Screw the nut (1). See Fig. Location of electrical connectors (arrows) in the trunk lid.

5. Connect the opening of the lock rod.

6. Connect the electrical connectors.

7. Replace the lid trim.
