Fasteners front door
1 - cap
2 - a bolt of the top hinge of a door,
3 - a protective cover,
4 - a bolt of the lower hinge of the door, | 5 - the bottom side of the front door pillar trim,
6 - Electrical connectors |
Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Remove the lower rack front door trim (5). | | 2. Disconnect the electrical connectors (6) at the front of the front door. | | 3. Disconnect from the front door of a protective cover (3). | | 4. Through the hole (arrow) (see. Fig. Elements of fastening of the front door), remove the electrical connections from the rack front door. | | 5. On the upper hinge mounting the door, remove the cap (1) and unscrew the screw (2) securing the upper hinge of the door. | | 6. Remove the bolt (4) of the bottom fastening of the hinge of the door. When installing, use a new bolt of the bottom fastening of the hinge of the door. | | 7. Move the door up and remove it from the hinges. |

Setting
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Install the top door on the hinges. | | 2. Screw a new bolt of the bottom hinge and tighten it to 20 Nm, then turn it to the angle of 90 ?�. | | 3. Screw the bolts securing the upper door hinge and tighten it to 25 Nm. Install the cap. | | 4. Through the hole in the front of the front door and pull the electrical wires connect the electrical connectors. | | 5. Attach the protective cover of the wires at the front of the front door. | | 6. Install the interior trim the bottom of the front door. |
