Final adjustment of the buffer back door
The trunk lid / tailgate should be set so that closed the gap around the perimeter of the trunk lid / tailgate has been the same throughout. Also, when you close the boot lid / tailgate should be at par with the other parts of the body. PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Using a screwdriver blade, remove the pin with the notch and remove the buffer with a lid. | 2. Remove the rubber buffer, then using trehmillimetrovy hex wrench, tighten the screw fastening until it stops and adjust the threaded sleeve so as to provide a gap of 3 mm as shown in Fig. Adjust the buffer back door. | 3. Rib pads should come in contact with the threaded sleeve. | 4. Replace the rubber buffer. | 5. Remove the latch and set it so that the protrusions (4) includes a recess (5) latches, see. Fig. Installation projections valve. The distance between the housing and the base of the buffer rubber buffer should be 10 mm. | 6.
