Manual lowering of glass of a door

Removing the rotor window of Bosch

1 - a rotor,
2 - Hall sensor (used for protection against pinching liftable glass window)

Unscrewing screws (1) of the housing (2) electric window motor from Siemens


The direction of rotation of the rotor (1) of the electric motor from Siemens for lowering the glass door


When not working power windows, glass doors can be lowered manually. To lower the glass doors manually, follow these steps.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew the four screws (1) and remove the housing (2) Engine window, see. Fig. Arrangement of screws (1) securing the body (2) of the engine window.
2. In the window motors from Bosch remove the rotor (1) of the engine window in the direction of the arrow shown in Fig. Removing the rotor window of Bosch.
3. Press hands on the glass door and lower it to the level of technological holes in the bracket door.
4. In the window motors from Siemens unscrew 4 screws (1) securing the body (2) Engine window, see. Fig. Unscrewing screws (1) of the housing (2) electric window motor from Siemens).
5. Remove the power window motor.
A warning

After removing the body from the electric window motor from Siemens is not subject to further use.


6. Turn the rotor of the motor counterclockwise, lower glass door to a level of technological holes in the bracket door. See figure. The direction of rotation of the rotor (1) of the electric motor from Siemens for lowering the glass doors.
