1. Check the secure fastening of the vacuum hose from the vacuum regulator to the control temperature and the temperature controller to the connection throttle. |
2. Check the hoses on cuts and bending of porosity, if necessary. |
3. Remove the air filter and remove the filter element. |
| 4. Check the position and ease of movement of the adjusting valve in the air filter housing, or feeling with the help of mirrors. Adjusting damper must close the passage of warm air (1). |
5. Remove the vacuum hose with a temperature controller and connect a hand vacuum pump. |
6. Start the vacuum pump and check the performance and ease of movement of the adjusting valve. The flap should overlap the cold air nozzle (2) (see. Fig. At p. 4). |
7. Start the engine and let it idle. |
8. Wear vacuum hose (3) on the connecting tube made of bronze or scored and test temperature controller (see. Fig. At p. 4). |
A warning With the engine running position of regulating valve begins to depend on the heating temperature regulator is not less than 20 seconds .: - Below 20 ?� C: The temperature regulator is opened, cold air inlet is closed; - Above 30 ?� C: The temperature regulator is closed, warm air outlet is closed; - Between 20-30 ?� C: tubes cold and warm air are open.

9. Install the filter element into the air filter housing. |
10. Install the air filter. |
