Replacing the front seat assembly
A WARNING Before working on the front need to lock the airbag system SIPS. After completion of the work necessary to Unlock-ment data pillows. You can not apply a force to the seat sides. |

Lock the airbag system SIPS (Fig. 11.86) is made (with the help of the device for safe transport) as follows: - Remove the cover up; - Remove device for safe transport from the panel; - Slide the device for safe transport to the sensor module. Unlocking the SIPS airbags as follows: - Remove device for safe transport with a sensor module; - Set the device for safe transport from the holder on the panel; - Put the lid in place.

- Lock the airbag system SIPS; - Remove the belt 2 mounting (through the opening for the airbag system SIPS); - Remove the two protective caps 1 in front of the guide carriage (slide the panel forward); - Press the side, remove the side panel (screw torx 20 rear); - Remove the rear center console; - Unscrew the fixing bolts and nuts; - Disconnect the heating elements (under the seat); - Disconnect the seat belt buckle (under the seat); - Lift the seat straight up and remove it. Installation of the front seat as follows:
A WARNING First, make sure that the airbag of the SIPS new front seat is blocked by a device for the safe transportation of mounted on the sensor module. |
- Put the seat and tighten the fixing bolts and nuts by hand; - Adjust the seat position and tighten the fixing bolts and nuts to 40 Nm; - Install protective covers; - Install the rear center console; - Set the belt tightening torque 45 Nm; - Unlock the airbag system SIPS.

- Lock the airbag system SIPS; - Remove the belt; - Squeeze and detach unlocking bracket, remove it; - Disconnect the cross bar by loosening the nut with one hand, which is being replaced; - Remove the front bolt; - The replacement of the inner rail, remove the seat belt buckle; - Remove the rear bolt and remove the guide (with air suspension).
NOTE When replacing pneumatic shock absorber is necessary to vent the gas out of it, for which drill hole 4 mm as shown in Fig. 11.88. |
Installation of the guide carriage as follows: - Move the tension spring guide (if necessary); - Connect the pneumatic shock absorber and install it into the frame; - Put back the bolt; - Slide the seat forward and put forward bolt; - Tighten the bolt to 15 Nm; - Put the cross bar and tighten the nut to 20 Nm; - Put the seat belt, tighten the moment 48 Nm; - Put the unlocking bracket (squeeze); - The replacement of the internal guide put the seat belt buckle, tighten the moment 48 Nm; - Set the seat; - Unlock the air bag the SIPS.
