TROUBLESHOOTING
When troubleshooting, start the engine to verify that the inspection and basic systems. If disrupted motor unstable engine speed idling or insufficient acceleration, check the following major systems:
1. Power supply: - a battery; - Fusible link; - fuse. 2. connection with "weight"
3. Fuel supply: - Fuel; - fuel filter; - fuel pump.
4. Ignition system: - spark plug; - high voltage wires; - ignition coil.
5. The system of emission control: - Crankcase ventilation system; - Vacuum leak.
6. Others: - Set the ignition timing; - Idling speed.
MFI system fault is often caused by bad contacts in the harness connector. Therefore, make sure all the connectors are securely connected. CHECK idle speed
A warning Before checking the idle speed, make sure that the spark plugs, fuel injectors, the modulator speed of idling (ISC), compression, etc. They are in order. Test conditions
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. The engine should be heated-up coolant temperature 80-95 ? C. | 2. Lights, parking lights, radiator fan and all consumers of electricity should be turned off. | 3. Transmission should be set to the neutral position. | 4. The steering wheel should be set to move straight ahead. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Attach the tachometer to the primary winding of the ignition coil or the scanner to the diagnostic socket. | 2. Start the engine and let it run in the engine speed to idle. | 3. No more than 5 to increase the engine speed up 2000-3000min -1, and then let it run at idle speed for 2 minutes. | 4. define the tachometer idling speed. |
