Caliper front brake
Withdrawal
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Remove the front wheel. | 2. Remove the banjo bolt and disconnect the brake hose from the caliper. | A warning To eliminate leaking brake fluid, close the hole in the brake hose suitable stopper.
| 3. Remove the caliper mounting bolts. | 4. Remove the caliper and brake pads. | 5. Remove the mounting bolts of the caliper (2EA) to the steering knuckle. | | 6. Remove the fixing member support. |

Dismantling
Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Check the support for wear, damage, cracks and rust. | 2. Inspect the piston for rust, damage, cracks and deterioration of the external surface. | 3. Check the plug and the guide pin for damage and rust. | 4. Check the spring and covers for damage. | 5. Check fastening element for wear, damage, cracks and rust. | A warning Do not use sandpaper to clean the surface of the piston. All rubber parts must be replaced with new ones.
| 6. Measure the thickness of the brake disc. Dial indicator, measure the brake disc run-out at a small distance from the outer edge. Brake Disc Thickness: Par: 19 mm The minimum permissible 17 mm Maximum allowable runout: 0.05 mm. | | 7. If necessary, replace the brake disc. |
