Removing and installing automatic transmission



Automatic transmission

1 - the air filter;
2 - sensor connector input speed / turbine wheel;
3 - bolt wire of "weight";
4 - speed sensor connector;
5 - switch connector range gearbox;

Withdrawal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the negative and positive terminals of the battery.
2. Lift the car and fix on support.
3. Install the sump drain plug under the automatic transmission fluid.
4. Remove the intake of fresh air.
5. Disconnect the speed sensor input shaft / turbine wheel, a solenoid switch and socket range gearbox.
6. Remove the bolt wire of "weight" to the top of the gearbox housing and remove the wire.
7. Disconnect the vehicle speed sensor on the right side of the gearbox.
8. Remove the U-shaped mounting clip sheath selector gearbox to the bracket.
9. Remove the nut and washer securing the cable to the selector lever of the automatic transmission.

10. Disconnect the sensor crank angle.

11. Disconnect the oxygen sensor connector.
12. Remove the radiator hoses automatic transmission.
13. Remove the two screws on the top of the converter.
14. Special adaptation OK201 170 AA0 support the engine so that the engine weight was perceived device.
15. Remove the front wheels.
16. Remove the screws and remove the mudguard of a motor compartment.
17. Remove the two nuts and remove the U-shaped clamp catalyst.
18. Remove the catalytic converter.
19. In order to access to the bolts fastening the torque converter, remove the cap. Remove the four screws on the torque converter. To access the bolts consistently turn a crankshaft.
20. Remove the bottom bolt of fastening of a starter.
21. Remove the four bolts securing the oil pan to the engine gearbox.
22. Remove the pins, remove the nuts and disconnect the left and right tips of steering drafts from rotary fists.
23. Remove the drag link front suspension as follows:

- Remove the pins and remove the nut from the lower arm front suspension;
- Turn out bolts and remove a longitudinal rod front suspension.
24. Remove the coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever downwards and separate a pin joint from the steering knuckle on both sides of the car.
25. Remove the nuts # 1 and # 2 engine mounts.
26. Remove the two bolts and nuts and remove a plate of protection of the engine.
27. Remove the stabilizer and earrings stabilizer bar.
28. Insert mount between an internal SHRUS drive shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.
29. Install the drive shaft instead of a special plug OK201 270 014 in order not to disturb the adjustment of the differential side gears.
30. Remove the mounting bolts of the power unit ?��2.
31. Support a transmission jack.
32. Remove the two screws on the bottom casing of the converter on the front and back of the gearbox.
33. Slowly lower the engine, gearbox tilting to the ground.
34. Carefully separate the transmission from the engine and slowly lower it under the car.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On a jack lift a transmission and establish it under the car.
2. Slowly lifting and moving to the engine, establish a transmission into place.
3. Secure the gearbox on the engine with four screws, two on top and two on the side.

Torque: 64-89 N ??? m

4. Lower the jack.
5. Remove the plastic plugs OK201 270 014 with gearbox.

6. Establish a support ?��2 engine and fix its three bolts.

Torque:
Bolts: 43-54 N ??? m
Nuts: 67-93 N ??? m

7. Establish a starter and a wire connection with "weight".
8. Install the engine support ?��1 and secure it with three screws.

Torque: 43-52 N ??? m

9. Install the retaining ring on the inner end of the drive shaft.
10. A push, insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from above.


11. Establish pins of spherical hinges of the left and right bottom levers in rotary fists and fix their coupling bolts.

Torque: 54-68 N ??? m

12. Install the left and right earrings of the stabilizer and fix them.

Torque: 43-60 N ??? m

13. Install the drag link as follows:

- Fit the front part of the draft and fix its bolt;

Torque: 118-147 N ??? m
- Set the back of the traction on the lower lever after installing the sleeve in traction;
- Screw the nut and lock it with a new cotter pin.

14. Screw the four screws fixing the gearbox to the engine oil pan and replace the cover.

Torque: 37-52 N ??? m

15. Replace the four nuts torque converter. For the rest of screwing nuts consistently turn a crankshaft.

Torque: 34-49 N ??? m

16. Install the engine protection plate and fasten the bolts and nuts.

Torque: 64-89 N ??? m

17. Establish a support ?��1 and ?��2 power unit.

Torque: 38-51 N ??? m

18. Fit the catalytic converter.

The inhaling moment: 37,2-51,9 N ??? m

19. Install the U-shaped clamp catalytic converter and tighten the two nuts.

The inhaling moment: 37,2-51,9 N ??? m

20. Install the mudguard.

21. Install the front wheels and fix their nuts.

Torque: 64-89 N ??? m

22. Slide the inlet and outlet hoses tube automatic transmission fluid, so that the ends of the hoses have reached fillets on tubes.
23. Install the hose clamp on the hose in the center of marks and under the corner shown in the figure.
24. Lower the car.
25. Remove special adaptation OK201 170 AA0, supporting the engine.
26. Connect the oxygen sensor.
27. Connect the crankshaft position sensor.
28. Connect the solenoid valve.
29. Connect the switch of a range gearbox.

30. Install the washer and screw the nut on the cable to the lever of the selector of an automatic transmission. Install the U-shaped clamp.

Torque: 32-46 N ??? m

31. Connect the vehicle speed sensor.
32. Connect the speed sensor input shaft / turbine wheel.
33. Install the air filter housing.
34. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
35. Fill the transmission fluid in the automatic transmission.
36. Adjust the control wire transmission.
