A warning

Before removing the valve block, clean the outer surface of a transmission a cleaner or solvent.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. The special adaptation OK201 170 AA0 support the engine.
2. Lift the car and fix on support.
3. Drain the transmission into a suitable container.
4. Remove the screws and remove the left and right mudguards.
	5. Remove the nuts securing the support of the engine ?��2 to the engine.
6. Remove the bolts and nuts and remove a plate of protection of the engine.
7. Remove the 19 bolts and remove oil pan and gasket.
	8. Disconnect all electrical connections, remove the eight screws and remove the flow control valves.

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Install the control valves, secure the eight screws and install the wire clips. Length of bolts: A - 30 mm - 50 mm The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m
2. Install the oil strainer and tighten the three screws. The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m
3. Connect all the electrical connectors.
4. Clean the mating surface of the oil pan and transmission case from the remnants of old gasket. Install sump with a new gasket and tighten bolts nineteen. The inhaling moment: 8,4-10,7 N ??? m
5. Install the engine protection plate and loosely screw bolts and nuts.
	6. Tighten the nuts and bolts A mounting plate in the engine protection. Torque: A - 38-51 N ??? m B - 64-89 N ??? m
7. Install the left and right mudguards and fix every seven screws.
8. Remove special adaptation OK201 170 AA0, supporting the engine.
9. Remove the dipstick and fill with fluid required amount of liquid required. Check the fluid level in an automatic transmission with the engine at idling speed.
10. Spend a control trip and check for leaks in the places mentioned above.
