The case of regulating valves

1 - flow strainer;
2 - O-ring (replace);
3 - oil line;
4 - O-ring (replace);
5 - A switching solenoid (solenoid 1-2);
6 - solenoid clutch torque converter;
7 - strainers;
8 - rubber balls;
9 - Advanced control valve body;

10 - E gasket (replace);
11 - the bottom of the separator plate;
12 - the oil filter;

The case of regulating valves

1 - linear solenoid valve;
2 - switching solenoids B and C;
3 - upper body control valves;
4 - a lining to (replace);
5 - screws;
6 - the upper plate of the separator;
7 - the oil filter;
8 - The gasket (replace);
9 - the main case of regulating valves;
10 - With gasket (replace);
11 - screws;
12 - the main separator plate;

A warning

When working with the body regulating valves be especially careful because it is a large number of precision parts.

When removing place the items in a specific order, so as not to confuse them.

Clear the removed details solvent and dry them with compressed air. Clean all holes and channels the compressed air.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the bolts and remove the oil line.
2. Remove the O-rings with the oil line.
3. Remove switching solenoid A.
4. Remove the solenoid clutch torque converter and a strainer.
5. Remove switching solenoids B and C and strainers.
6. Remove the linear solenoid valve.
7. Remove the nine mounting bolts of the upper body control valves.
8. Remove the two screws from the upper body control valves.
9. Remove the gasket B, the upper plate separator, oil filter, strainer and gasket A.

10. Remove the seven screws and remove the main control valve.
11. Remove the gasket D, the main separator plate and gasket C.
12. Remove the four rubber balls from the main body of the control valve.
13. Remove the oil strainer, steel and rubber balls with two additional main case of regulating valves.
14. Remove the six screws and remove the additional main case of regulating valves.
15. Remove the gasket E, the bottom plate separator, oil filter and gasket F.
16. Remove the oil strainer from the lower control valve body.

Location strainer and oil filter on the lower control valve body

Location of the oil filter on the lower side of the main building of additional control valves

Location of steel and rubber balls and strainer in the main building of the additional control valve

Location rubber balls in the main control valve

Arrangement of the oil filter on the upper side of the control valve housing

Location strainer and oil filter on the upper body control valves

Installation site and length of bolts details of the control valves

Setting

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Install the oil strainer into the lower control valve body.
2. Place the oil filter to the bottom of the separator plate.

A warning

Laying gasket F and E are not interchangeable. They are identified in the form shown in Fig.


3. Place the gasket F on the plate separator and new lining E on the lower valve body.
4. Install additional main case of regulating valves to the lower body and fix seven screws.

The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m

5. Install the two rubber balls and oil strainers in the additional main case of regulating valves.
6. Install rubber balls into the main body control valves.
7. Establish a new lining C, a plate separator and lining D on the main case of regulating valves

A warning

Gasket and Gasket With D are not interchangeable.


8. Attach the gasket C, the plate separator and lining D to the main body with two bolts.

Torque: 1,27-1,86 N ??? m

9. Install the main body control valves on the additional main case of regulating valves.


A warning

Place the bolt head as shown.


10. Freely screw bolts.
11. Replace the oil filter at the top of the separator plate.

A warning

A gasket and the gasket in not interchangeable. They are identified in the form shown in Fig.


12. Install the new gasket A, the top plate of a separator and new lining B on the upper body control valves.
13. Two bolts attach to the main body of the control valve gasket A, the top plate of the separator and the gasket B.
14. Install the upper body control valve to the main control valve body and secure the nine screws.

The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m

15. Freely screw bolts of the lower control valve body.
16. Install a linear solenoid valve.

The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m

17. Set the solenoids B and C, oil strainers and bracket.
18. Tighten bolts to torque.

The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m

19. Install the clutch torque converter and oil strainer.

The inhaling moment: 7,9-10,7 N ??? m
