Removing and installing starter

Details of installation of starter models 163,136 and 163.113 (a series of engines 111 and 612)

1 - Terminal 30
2 - Terminal 50

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Details of installation of starter models 163,136 and 163,113 shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
Remove the left front wheel and the wheel arch locker protection.
Disconnect the wiring from the terminals 30 (1) and 50 (2) the starter.
Remove the mounting bolts (3) and remove the starter assembly (M1).
Installation is performed in reverse order, be sure to follow the procedures associated with the connection of the battery.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Details of installation of starter models 163,154 / 157/173/174/175 are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
Remove the right front wheel and the wheel arch locker protection.
Give a fixing nut (6) and remove the plate support the suspension of the power unit (5).
Disconnect the wiring from the terminals 30 (1) and 50 (2) the starter.
Remove the mounting bolts (3) and remove the starter assembly (M1).
Installation is performed in reverse order, be sure to follow the procedures associated with the connection of the battery.

Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
Remove the lower right outlet air path (1) and move it to the side without disconnecting from duct.
Remove the protective cap and disconnect the wiring from the terminals 20 (3) and 50 (2) the starter.
Remove the mounting bolts (4) and remove the starter assembly (M1).
Installation is performed in reverse order, be sure to follow the procedures associated with the connection of the battery.
