Removing and installing radiator cooling system

- Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Remove the fan assembly.
- Remove the covering elements (16) and the assembly of headlight units (7).
- Otboltite front crossbeam of the frame (8).
- Disconnect from a radiator (15) of the cooling line path (4 and 6) and the overflow pipe of the expansion tank (5).
- Disconnect oil lines (18 and 19).
- On models with AT otboltite line from the radiator ATF (10).
- Liberate from clamps the wiring and remove the grille (11) of the fan assembly.
- Otboltite from the radiator condenser K / V and, without disconnecting the line refrigerator, take him aside.
- Remove the fasteners (20) and remove the rubber damper (21).
- Remove the receiver-dryer radiator system K / V (14).
- Remove the heat sink (15).
- Remove the guide baffles (12).
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, be sure to check the cooling system for signs of leaks, and make adjustment of the direction of the optical axes of the headlights.

- Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the trim cylinder head cover.
- Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
- Scroll down and remove the fan assembly of the cooling system.
- Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Remove the boost air cooler (110/2).
- Set the screen to protect the radiator / condenser K / V.
- Remove the rubber seal (11).
- Pump the hydraulic fluid from the tank GUR.
- Remove oil cooling path GUR (18 and 19).
- Disconnect the hose of the water pump (8).
- Disconnect the hose from the thermostat cooling path (9).
- Disconnect the radiator overflow hose expansion tank (10).
- Remove the guide baffles (12).
- Remove the mounting bolts (16) and remove the condenser K / V (17) and, without disconnecting the line refrigerator, take him aside.
- Remove the fasteners (2) and remove the rubber dampers (21).
- Remove the radiator receiver drier R / B (14).
- On the left side, remove the radiator support bracket tract charge air hoses.
- Remove the heat sink (15).
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.

- Open the hood.
- Siphon the power steering hydraulic fluid.
- Remove the headlight unit (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
- Remove the cross-member of the frame.
- Remove the fan assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of the cooling fan assembly).
- Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
- Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
- Disconnect from the supercharging air cooler (13) air hose (14).
- Remove the cooler (14).
- Remove the baffles (9 and 11).
- Disconnect the radiator (1) oil lines (2 and 3) cooling path ATF.
- Disconnect the radiator (1) oil lines (7 and 8) tract cooling power steering.
- Disconnect the radiator (1) cooling lines (4 and 6) and ventilation (5) treats.
- Release tabs (16), the rubber dampers (17) on the back side of the radiator and remove the fixing member (15).
- Remove from the heat sink (1) Capacitor (12) and, without disconnecting the line refrigerator, take him aside.
- Release the radiator (1) of the rubber feet crossbar and out of the engine compartment.
- Remove the rubber dampers (17).
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.
