Removing and installing radiator cooling system



Details of installation of a radiator on petrol models (for example, models equipped with cooling fan with viscous coupling)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a radiator on petrol models are shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  3. Remove the fan assembly.
  4. Remove the covering elements (16) and the assembly of headlight units (7).
  5. Otboltite front crossbeam of the frame (8).
  6. Disconnect from a radiator (15) of the cooling line path (4 and 6) and the overflow pipe of the expansion tank (5).
  7. Disconnect oil lines (18 and 19).
  8. On models with AT otboltite line from the radiator ATF (10).
  9. Liberate from clamps the wiring and remove the grille (11) of the fan assembly.
  10. Otboltite from the radiator condenser K / V and, without disconnecting the line refrigerator, take him aside.
  11. Remove the fasteners (20) and remove the rubber damper (21).
  12. Remove the receiver-dryer radiator system K / V (14).
  13. Remove the heat sink (15).
  14. Remove the guide baffles (12).
  15. Installation is in the reverse order.
  16. Finally, be sure to check the cooling system for signs of leaks, and make adjustment of the direction of the optical axes of the headlights.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a radiator on diesel models with Manual transmission shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
  2. Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
  3. Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
  4. Remove the trim cylinder head cover.
  5. Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
  6. Scroll down and remove the fan assembly of the cooling system.
  7. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  8. Remove the boost air cooler (110/2).
  9. Set the screen to protect the radiator / condenser K / V.
  10. Remove the rubber seal (11).
  11. Pump the hydraulic fluid from the tank GUR.
  12. Remove oil cooling path GUR (18 and 19).
  13. Disconnect the hose of the water pump (8).
  14. Disconnect the hose from the thermostat cooling path (9).
  15. Disconnect the radiator overflow hose expansion tank (10).
  16. Remove the guide baffles (12).
  17. Remove the mounting bolts (16) and remove the condenser K / V (17) and, without disconnecting the line refrigerator, take him aside.
  18. Remove the fasteners (2) and remove the rubber dampers (21).
  19. Remove the radiator receiver drier R / B (14).
  20. On the left side, remove the radiator support bracket tract charge air hoses.
  21. Remove the heat sink (15).
  22. Installation is in the reverse order.
  23. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.

Models AT

Details of installation of a radiator on diesel models with AT (for example, models with engine series 628)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of installation of a radiator on diesel models with AT shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Open the hood.
  3. Siphon the power steering hydraulic fluid.
  4. Remove the headlight unit (see chap. Onboard electric equipment).
  5. Remove the cross-member of the frame.
  6. Remove the fan assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of the cooling fan assembly).
  7. Remove the lower section of the soundproofing.
  8. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust).
  9. Disconnect from the supercharging air cooler (13) air hose (14).
  10. Remove the cooler (14).
  11. Remove the baffles (9 and 11).
  12. Disconnect the radiator (1) oil lines (2 and 3) cooling path ATF.
  13. Disconnect the radiator (1) oil lines (7 and 8) tract cooling power steering.
  14. Disconnect the radiator (1) cooling lines (4 and 6) and ventilation (5) treats.
  15. Release tabs (16), the rubber dampers (17) on the back side of the radiator and remove the fixing member (15).
  16. Remove from the heat sink (1) Capacitor (12) and, without disconnecting the line refrigerator, take him aside.
  17. Release the radiator (1) of the rubber feet crossbar and out of the engine compartment.
  18. Remove the rubber dampers (17).
  19. Installation is in the reverse order.
  20. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.
