Removing and installing hydraulic lines laid between GTZ and hydromodulator ETS / ESP



Details of the installation of hydraulic lines connecting with GTZ hydromodulator ETS / ESP

1 - GTZ
2 - Catches
DK - The first working diagonal circuit

SK - The second working diagonal circuit
A7 / 3 - hydromodulator


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Details of the installation of hydraulic lines connecting with GTZ hydromodulator ETS / ESP shown in the illustration, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Open the hood and fix it in an upright position.
  3. Remove the trim panel of the power unit.
  4. Preliminary having marked, disconnect the hydraulic lines (DK and SK) of the GTZ - immediately plug the open ends of choke sockets.
  5. Preliminary having marked, disconnect the hydraulic lines (DK and SK) from hydromodulator (A7 / 3), - immediately plug the open ends of choke sockets.
  6. Release the lines from intermediate clamps (2) and carefully remove them from the car - try not to damage the latches
  7. Installation is performed in reverse order, track correctness of the connection lines.
