Removing and installing hydromodulator ETS / ESP



Installation Details hydromodulator ETS / ESP

DK - The first working diagonal circuit
HL - To brake caliper left rear wheel
HR - To brake caliper right rear wheel

SK - The second working diagonal circuit
VL - To brake caliper left front wheel
VR - To brake caliper right front wheel


PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation Details hydromodulator illustrated, which includes all the links in the text.
  2. Switch off the ignition.
  3. Remove the tank Windshield washer fluid (see chap. Body).
  4. Preliminary having marked, disconnect from hydromodulator ETS / ESP hydraulic lines - immediately plug the open ends of lines and choke connector.
  5. Remove the left front wheel and the wheel arch locker protection.
  6. Releasing the bayonet, disunite a 15-pin electrical connector hydromodulator.
  7. Otboltiv from the carrier plate, remove hydromodulator and remove it from the engine compartment through the wheelhouse, pre-releasing of the clamps ventilation line transfer case. If necessary, lift up and remove the rubber mounts mounting plate.
  8. Installation is in the reverse order - track correctness connection of hydraulic lines.
  9. In summary pump over brake system (see. Section Bleeding brake system) and clean the memory module on-board self-diagnostic system (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
