System of additional safety (SRS)

| - Details of installation of the module driver's front airbag is shown in the illustrations, which include all the links in the text.
- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the mounting screws (2).
- Separate the airbag module (1) from the steering wheel.
- On models of release since 1.9.01 release latches (3) on the pin wiring connector (4 and 5).
- Disconnect the connector (s) wiring (4/4 and 5) the gas generator igniter.
- Finally, remove the airbag module (1).

- Installation is in the reverse order - track reliability of the latch clicks into place (s) connector (s).
- After finishing the installation, make sure of serviceability of operation of the combined return mechanism stalk in conclusion make a diagnosis SRS using special equipment (contact your service specialist).

- Disconnect the negative wire from the battery.
- Remove the instrument panel (1) (see chap. Body).
- On models of release since 1.9.01 release latches (3) on the pin wiring connector (4 and 5).
- Disconnect the connector (s) wiring (4/4 and 5) the gas generator igniter.
- Release self-locking nuts (2) and remove the module of the passenger's front airbag.

- Installation is in the reverse order - track reliability of the latch clicks into place (s) connector (s).
- Finally, make a diagnosis of the SRS using special equipment (contact your service specialist).
