Removal and installation of the expansion valve

All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail!

Details setting of the expansion valve

9 - Bolts
10 - Expansion Valve 11 - Gasket

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Remove the cover of the evaporator (see. Section Removal and installation of evaporator K / V and its casing).
Remove the gasket (11), - if necessary, prepare a removable sealing member.
Remove the fixing bolts (9) and remove expansion valve (10).
Installation is in the reverse order.
Finally, make sure of serviceability of functioning of system K / V.
