Removing and installing condenser K / V
| All sealing elements are subject to replacement without fail! |
Petrol models Details of the installation of the condenser K / V on petrol models (code H02)
| - Remove supporting the fan assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary fan assembly).
- In the context of a specialized service station make a discharge system K / V.
- Unplug the refrigerator line from the receiver-drier (1) and the condenser (2), - Prepare the replacement O-rings.
- Pulling on the picture in the indicated direction of the arrow, remove the condenser (3), - try not to damage the plate heat exchanger.
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, run the engine at idle and approximately 4 minutes on the air conditioner to maximum cooling capacity, - the temperature of air supplied to the cabin through the air vents of the central instrument panel, shall not fall below the value of + 5 ?� C.
- Make sure there are no signs of leakage from the path system K / V, check the functioning of the system.

Diesel models Details of the installation of the condenser K / V on the diesel models (M628)
| - The capacitor (2) is removed in the assembly with radiator cooling system (1) - see. Section Removal and installation of the radiator.
- If necessary, remove the bolts (10) and pull in the specified direction of the arrow in the picture, release the condenser (2) of the fastener (11), - try not to damage the plate heat exchangers.
- Installation is in the reverse order.
- Finally, check the paths of cooling systems and air conditioning systems for signs of leaks, make sure of serviceability of functioning K / V.
