Removal and installation of low-temperature cooler (M612)

Details of the installation of low-temperature cooler diesel models with engine M612

PERFORMANCE ORDER

The low-temperature cooler is installed on the diesel models equipped with engine series 612.
Poddomkratte car and establish it on props.
Remove protection crankcase.
Drain the cooling system (see chap. Current care and maintenance).
Remove the front grille (see chap. Body).
Remove the air intake hose (1).
Remove the crossmember front end (7) and move it to the side without removing the hood latch.
Disconnect hoses cooling path (2 and 3), - if necessary, prepare a removable collars.
Disconnect the overflow line (4) of the cooling path.
Remove auxiliary fan assembly (5) (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary fan assembly).
Pulling forward then fed up, remove assemblage of the low-temperature cooler (6).
Installation is in the reverse order.
Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks and clean the memory of the processor system board self-diagnostics (see chap. Systems of an electric motor).
