PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the panels (1 and 2) finish the cylinder head cover. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props. Remove protection crankcase. Drain the cooling system (see chap. Current care and maintenance). Remove the overflow line (3). Remove the air intake hose (4) air cleaner mounted on the mudguard wing. Remove the radiator grille (see chap. Body). Remove the crossmember front end (5) and move it to the side assembled with hood lock. Release the clips (6) securing the fan shroud assembly. Put the holder on the screws of the fan drive pulley, - track correctness of the landing (see. Illustration details the installation of the impeller fan with viscous clutch on petrol models). Use a screwdriver (9) and a torque wrench (10) having a right-hand cutting, loosen the central screw (11), then remove the fan assembly (complete with cover) from the engine compartment. Otboltite impeller (8) from the coupling (7). Installation is in the reverse order. Impeller (8) must be installed marking ?�FRONT?� forward in the direction of motion - for the seat ring has a guide. Make sure also that the mounting tabs (arrows) casing hit the support subassemblies and bottom of the radiator. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the air cleaner (see chap. Power supply system and exhaust). Separate from the radiator and move towards the vent line (1), prepare a removable brace. Remove the grille (2) (see chap. Body). Remove the bolts (5) and remove the upper crossmember front end (6), - do not forget to release the latches of the drive cable release the hood latch. Disconnect the electrical connector (7) on the casing (8) of the fan assembly. Poddomkratte car and establish it on props. Remove protection crankcase. Remove the mounting bolt (9), release the catch (1) and release the cover (8) of the fan assembly of the guides on the radiator support brackets and the last. Installation is in the reverse order. Finally, check the cooling system for signs of leaks.
