1. The case lights are not collapsible and the presence of defects is necessary to replace the lamp housing assembly. |
2. Remove the front turn signal. |
| 3. In order not to damage paintwork when removing the lights, adhesive tape, cover the parts under the spotlight (B) and from the grille (A). |
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the headlamp. |
5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the electric equalizer headlights. |
| 6. Using a screwdriver blade, remove the cap covering the upper bolts lights. |
| 7. Remove the three screws on the headlights. |
| 8. Move the spotlight to the outside of the vehicle. |
9. Pull forward and remove the headlight from the car. If necessary, press the lock lights on the grille. |
10. Carefully install the spotlight in the slot in the front of the body. If necessary, press the lock lights on the grille. |
| 11. Move the spotlight to the center of the car. |
12. Screw slightly, torque 3.5 Nm, tighten the screws that secure the lamp. |
13. Check the uniform gap around the perimeter lights and, if necessary, adjust the headlights. |
14. To adjust the lights, loosen the three screws on the headlights so that the headlamp can be moved. |
15. The gap adjusting produce, screwing or unscrewing the adjusting nut (3) with a wrench on 17 mm. See Fig. Node adjustment gaps around the perimeter lights. |
16. Tighten the screws that secure the headlamp point 3.5 Nm and check for gaps around the perimeter lights. |
17. Close the upper screws securing headlamp covers. |
18. Connect the headlamp electrical connector. |
19. Replace the front turn signal. |
20. Check and, if necessary, adjust the headlights. |
