Withdrawal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. Turn off the ignition and remove a wire of weight from the accumulator. | | 2. Remove the wiper arms. | | 3. Remove the air intake grille. |  | 4. Loosen the screws and remove the cover of the electronic unit under the windshield. |  | 5. Remove the nut located inside the electronic unit. |  | 6. Unscrew the nut located on the side of the electronic unit, lift up the unit with a rubber gasket and move it forward. | | 7. Disconnect multicontact electrical connector from the wiper motor. |  | 8. Remove the three screws holding the wiper mechanism to the body of the car and remove the wiper mechanism of the vehicle. | | 9. Remove the rod wiper motor crank. See fig. Elements of the drive mechanism of the wiper. | | 10. Unscrew the nut to the crank shaft of the motor, thus keep from turning the crank. Move the crank to the side, remove it from the planting of the cone of the motor shaft. | | 11. Remove the three screws and remove the motor from the wiper arm. |

Setting

| PERFORMANCE ORDER | | 1. When installing a new windshield wiper motor, set it to its original position. To do this, connect the wiper motor multicontact electric socket and connect the ground cable to the battery. Switch on and off the wiper operation, and the wiper motor is established in its original position. Remove a wire of weight from the accumulator and disconnect from the wiper motor electrical connector. | | 2. Place the motor in the wiper mechanism and fix bolts, having tightened their moment of 10 Nm. | | 3. Replace the crank shaft of the motor in such a position that it was in line with the rods stekloochi stiteley (see. Fig. Crank with drafts wiper). Tighten the nut on the crank 20 Nm. | | 4. Attach a crank rod wiper. | | 5. Insert the wiper mechanism into the car and fix bolts. | | 6. Install the electronic control unit into place and secure it with a nut and bolt. | | 7. Replace the lid on the electronic control unit and secure it with screws. | | 8. Install the air intake grille. | | 9. Replace the wiper arms and secure them with nuts, having tightened their moment of 15 Nm. | | 10. Connect the ground cable to the battery. | | 11. Check the operation of the wiper. |
