Removal and installation of lines and ATF cooler
Clean lines and ATF cooler If contaminated oil or ATF before installing a new gearbox and blow the radiator ATF lines with compressed air (max. 10 bar). Thoroughly clean the area backbone connections ATF / gearbox, highway ATF / thermostat and pipe ATF / radiator ATF.
Remove the bolt 1 and remove the tube from the thermostat ATF 2 (Fig. 3.61). Remove the tube from the ATF / ATF cooler to the thermostat 2. At the same time hold on the thermostat. Remove ATF cooler and drain the oil.

Connect the hose to the tube ATF gearbox / thermostat and fix with a hose clamp. The other end of the hose into a suitable container. Blow ATF pipe using compressed air. Connect the hose to the other tube ATF and repeat the process. Lubricate the O-rings oil ATF. Install radiator pipes and ATF.
Removal of air from the circuit ATF Check ATF level and top up if necessary. Perform a test drive, and the ATF temperature should reach at least 100 ? C, under which ATF is removed from the circuit air. After removing the air from the circuit ATF ATF level in the transmission is reduced. Therefore, after the cooling ATF re-check the level. Oil ATF cool to a temperature below 30 ? C. Check the oil level again ATF.
