Water pump
4-cylinder engine
Withdrawal PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Drain the coolant. | 2. Remove the thermostat. | 3. Unscrew the screws V-belt pulley, this squeeze and hold the V-belt. | 4. Remove the V-belt. | 5. Loosen hose clamp at the water pump housing. | 6. Remove the hoses. | 7. Unscrew the screws and remove the pump. | 8. In case of damage or leaking pump bearing, water pump replaced completely. |

Setting PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Install the water pump with a new sealing ring and tighten to 20 Nm. | A warning If you have just replaced a paper towel or bearing housing together with the gear, bearing housing tightening torque of 10 Nm. Thus in any case not grip the screws too much.
| 2. Set the thermostat. | 3. Replace the hoses and clamps secure. | 4. Screw the V-belt pulley. | 5. Install the V-belt. | 6. Fill up with coolant. | 7. After a trial run to test the tightness of hoses and water pump. |

5-cylinder engine Withdrawal
Water pump is at the front in the cylinder block and is driven by a toothed belt.
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Drain the coolant. | 2. Remove the timing belt. | 3. Unscrew and remove the water pump. |

Setting
PERFORMANCE ORDER | 1. Replace sealing ring, screw the water pump and tighten the screws to 20 Nm. | 2. Install the timing belt. | 3. Fill up with coolant. | 4. After the control path check the tightness of the water pump. |
