A warning  The damaged O-ring or gasket, and the ring of injection valves replaced.

 | 1. Set the gasket (indicated by arrows) on the upper part of the fuel distributor. | | 2. Insert the injection valves with new rings to the top of the fuel distributor. Before installation, lubricate the rings with a thin layer of clean engine oil. |
| 3. Insert the upper part together with the injection valve in the fuel rail. |
4. Tighten the screw (1) to 10 N ?� m - see. Fig. at | | 5. Install the fuel rail on the intake manifold and tighten the mounting screws to 10 Nm. |
| 6. Push the vacuum hose at the fuel pressure regulator. |
| 7. Attach the supply and return pipes of the fuel. At the same time the black fuel line connected to the fuel distributor and the blue fuel return pipe to the fuel distributor and the pressure regulator. |
| 8. Connect plug injection valves. |
| 9. 5-cylinder engine: to establish the crankcase ventilation hose and mounted on the oil filler neck. Pay attention at the same time far enough to the tube throttle. |
| 10. The inlet duct installed so that the arrow marking on the duct and pipe in line (see. Fig. Air filter). |
| 11. 5-cylinder engine: to establish the air filter with the filter element (see. Fig. Air filter). |
