Crankshaft position sensor

The crankshaft position sensor is an electromagnetic coil with a magnetic core and is installed near the flywheel. The sensor signal is generated when passing in front of him toothed ring signal. On the basis of the voltage signal from the sensor control unit determines the engine speed and crankshaft position.
